I. General Website Use
- Acceptance of Terms Agreement: By accessing or using the website (the “Site”) and purchasing any products, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs, our Privacy Policy, and any other posted guidelines.
Eligibility: You affirm that you are at least 18 years of age or accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. - Intellectual Property (IP) Ownership: All content on the Site, including product images, descriptions, logos, and digital downloads, is the property of DENTPRO DENTAL MATERIAL CO and protected by copyright law.
Permitted Use: You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content from the Site without our express written permission.
II. Product Sales and Ordering
- Product Information and Availability Accuracy: We strive to ensure all product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
Stock: All orders are subject to product availability. If an ordered item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a substitution or a full refund. - Pricing and Payment Currency: All prices listed on the Site are in INR (Indian Rupees) unless otherwise stated.
Taxes: Prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes (GST), as required by Indian law, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Payment: Full payment is required upon placing the order. We accept payments. Your purchase contract is not finalized until we dispatch the order. - Order Cancellation (By Customer) Pre-Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled by the customer only if the request is received before the item has been dispatched. If cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Post-Dispatch: Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but must be processed as a return (see Section IV).
III. Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping Fees Charges: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, product weight, and chosen shipping speed.
Free Shipping: Any offers for free shipping will be clearly stated and apply only to specified geographic regions or order values. - Delivery Times Timeframe: We aim to dispatch goods within 7- 10 working days. Delivery estimates provided are based on our third-party logistics partners and are not guaranteed.
Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery.
IV. Returns and Refunds
- Return Policy Eligibility: Products may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items: Specify items not eligible for return,
Process: To initiate a return, you must for a Return Authorization Number (RMA). You are responsible for the return shipping costs. - Refunds Processing: Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment only after the returned item is received and inspected by us.
Deductions: Shipping charges are non-refundable. - Damaged or Defective Goods Procedure: If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within [48 hours] of delivery with clear photographs of the damage and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
V. Limitation of Liability
- Product Use and Safety Risk: Products sold on this Site, particularly motorcycle gear and accessories, are intended to provide protection but cannot guarantee safety against all risks. You assume all responsibility for the proper use of the products.
Liability Cap: DENTPRO DENTAL MATERIAL CO liability for any product sold shall be strictly limited to the purchase price of that product. We are not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the products.
VI. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Jurisdiction: You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of these T&Cs or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Bengaluru.
