These Terms and Conditions constitute an agreement between you and DentPro Dental Material Co, the operator of dentpro.in.

By accessing the website, registering an account, submitting an enquiry or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions together with our:

• Privacy Policy
• Shipping Policy
• Returns and Refunds Policy
• Any product-specific instructions, restrictions or terms displayed on the relevant product page.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the website or place an order.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding transaction under applicable Indian law to place an order independently.

If a person below the legally permitted age accesses the website, the use and any resulting transaction must take place under the supervision and responsibility of a parent or legal guardian.

When creating an account or placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your account credentials confidential.
• Restricting unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensuring that your billing, shipping and contact information is correct.
• Informing DentPro promptly if you suspect unauthorised account activity.

DentPro may suspend or restrict an account where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, unauthorised access or a violation of these terms.

You may use the website only for lawful browsing, communication and purchasing activities.

You must not:

• Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Submit false account, payment, billing or delivery information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, customer accounts, servers or connected systems.
• Introduce malware, harmful code or technology intended to damage or disrupt the website.
• Scrape, copy or systematically extract website content without written permission.
• Interfere with checkout, pricing, product availability or security features.
• Use the website in a manner that infringes another person’s rights.

DentPro makes reasonable efforts to present product names, descriptions, images, specifications, quantities, packaging, pricing and availability accurately.

Product images are provided for identification and presentation. Actual packaging, label design, shade, colour, accessories or presentation may differ because of manufacturer updates, production batches, screen settings or photography.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, such minor visual or packaging differences do not mean that a product is defective, provided the supplied product corresponds materially with the ordered specification.

All products are subject to availability. Adding a product to the cart does not reserve it. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, DentPro may:

• Contact you regarding an available alternative;
• Remove the unavailable product and refund its amount; or
• Cancel and refund the affected order.

A substitute product will not be supplied without communicating the proposed change to the customer.

Certain products sold through DentPro are intended exclusively for use by dentists, dental technicians, healthcare professionals, laboratories or other appropriately trained persons.

The customer is responsible for reviewing the product label, intended use, instructions, warnings, contraindications, storage conditions and manufacturer information before purchase and use.

Professional-use products must be selected, stored, handled and used only by persons with the appropriate knowledge, qualifications and authority.

Product descriptions and customer assistance provided by DentPro are for general product information and purchasing support. They do not constitute medical, dental, diagnostic or clinical advice and are not a substitute for professional judgement or the manufacturer’s instructions.

Prices displayed on dentpro.in are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) unless expressly indicated otherwise.

Applicable taxes, delivery charges, discounts and the final order total will be shown during checkout. GST-compliant invoices will be issued where applicable based on the information provided by the customer.

Customers requesting a business or GST invoice are responsible for submitting complete and accurate billing and tax-registration information before the order is invoiced.

DentPro may correct genuine typographical, pricing, calculation or product-information errors. If a material error affects an order already placed, we may contact the customer to confirm the correct details or cancel and refund the affected item or order.

An order confirmation acknowledges that DentPro has received your order. It does not guarantee acceptance, availability or dispatch.

An order is accepted after payment and order details are successfully verified and the product is approved for processing or dispatch.

DentPro may refuse, restrict or cancel an order where:

• A product is unavailable or incorrectly listed.
• Payment is unsuccessful, reversed or cannot be verified.
• Billing or delivery details are incomplete or inaccurate.
• The delivery destination is not serviceable.
• The quantity ordered cannot reasonably be fulfilled or requires separate commercial confirmation.
• Fraudulent, abusive or unauthorised activity is suspected.
• Processing the order would violate applicable law.

If DentPro cancels a prepaid order, the eligible amount received will be refunded to the original payment method.

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout. Online payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, including PhonePe.

Customers must use a payment method that they are authorised to use and must provide accurate payment and transaction information.

Payment authorisation may be subject to verification by the relevant bank, card issuer, UPI provider or payment gateway. DentPro does not control a financial institution’s decision to authorise, decline, reverse or delay a transaction.

DentPro does not intentionally store complete card numbers, CVV codes, UPI PINs or banking passwords.

A payment deduction without a confirmed order should be reported promptly with the relevant transaction reference so that the matter can be investigated.

Customers may request cancellation before the order has been processed for dispatch. DentPro will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once packing, procurement or shipment has begun.

If an eligible prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, DentPro will initiate the refund to the original payment method within seven working days.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be treated as a pre-dispatch cancellation. Any subsequent request will be reviewed under the Returns and Refunds Policy .

DentPro delivers to serviceable locations in India through third-party courier and logistics providers.

Most confirmed orders are expected to be delivered within 7–10 working days. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, destination, courier serviceability, public holidays and events outside DentPro’s reasonable control.

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and an active telephone number. DentPro is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by materially incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Eligible return requests must be submitted within seven calendar days of delivery.

Because dental products may be sterile, hygiene-sensitive or intended for professional use, opened, used, sterilised or tampered products cannot ordinarily be returned unless they were defective when delivered.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or different from the product ordered, the customer should contact DentPro promptly and retain the product, packaging, invoice and shipping label.

Approved refunds are ordinarily returned to the original payment method and initiated within seven working days after approval.

The DentPro name, branding, website design, original text, graphics, layout and other content created for dentpro.in are owned by or licensed to DentPro Dental Material Co and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Product names, trademarks, logos, packaging and manufacturer materials displayed on the website may belong to their respective owners.

You may access and use website content for personal or internal purchasing purposes. Without prior written permission, you may not:

• Reproduce or republish substantial website content.
• Use DentPro branding in a misleading or unauthorised manner.
• Modify, sell or commercially exploit website content.
• Remove copyright, trademark or ownership notices from content.

DentPro makes reasonable efforts to maintain an accurate, secure and available website. However, the website may occasionally be interrupted, delayed or affected by maintenance, technical faults, third-party services or events outside our control.

To the extent permitted by law, DentPro is not responsible for loss arising solely from:

• Improper selection, storage, handling, installation or use of a product.
• Use contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions, warnings or intended purpose.
• Clinical decisions or procedures performed by a customer or third party.
• Unauthorised alteration, repair, contamination or misuse of a product.
• Downtime or failure of independent payment, hosting, communication or logistics providers.

Where DentPro is legally liable in connection with a product or order, any limitation will apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts consumer rights, product-liability rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Before commencing formal proceedings, you are encouraged to contact DentPro so that the matter can be reviewed and an appropriate resolution can be attempted.

Subject to applicable consumer-protection law and the jurisdiction of a competent statutory consumer forum, courts located in Mohali, Punjab will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms, the website or an order placed through DentPro.
