Eugenol reacts with zinc oxide to form temporary cementation and as a sedative dental dressing or lining under a non-composite resin restoration. Eugenol is used as an obtundent for the relief of minor dental pain.

Directions To Use:

• Place of drop on a cotton bud and gently apply to the inflamed area. Mix with zinc oxide to form a thick paste and place it into a tooth cavity either as a dressing on a painful tooth or as a lining under a non-composite resin restoration.
• For cementation, make a thick paste mixed with Zinc Oxide. Place it in the cavity, and press.
